After scoring a second date with the same woman from
Alan Wurtzel sexually assaulted her.
Wurtzel pleaded no-contest to one count of sexual battery
by restraint.Prosecutors said that Wurtzel drove the
woman home then followed her inside.
Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County
prosecutors, says Wurtzel was sentenced to five
years of probation and ordered to register as a sex
offender. He must also complete a year of counseling.
The woman has settled a lawsuit against Match.com.
